These terms are the agreement between you and The Apex Tattoo Supply for use of https://the-apex-tattoo.com and for any order you place. By creating an account, signing in, or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

We sell professional tattoo cartridges to artists and studios in India. Product pages, the cart, and checkout are part of this shop.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or place an order. Tattoo cartridges are professional tools. You are responsible for using them safely and in line with the law that applies to your studio or practice.

You agree that the information you give us, including your name, phone number, and shipping address, is accurate and kept up to date.

You can register with an email and password, or continue with Google. With Google, we receive your name, email address, profile photo, and Google account ID. We do not receive your Google password. A phone number is required to finish a new account.

You are responsible for activity on your account. Keep your password private, and keep access to the Google account you use to sign in. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe someone else has used your account.

We may suspend or close an account that is used to place fraudulent orders, abuse the site, or break these terms. You may ask us to close your account at any time. Order records we must keep for accounting or a dispute can remain after the account is closed.

We currently sell professional tattoo cartridges. Descriptions, photographs, and specifications on the site are there to help you choose. Small differences in colour or packaging can occur between a screen and the product you receive.

An item shown on the site is an invitation to order. A contract is formed when we confirm the order and payment is successfully received. If a product is unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund any amount already paid.

Cartridges are sterile, single-use products. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions. Do not reuse a cartridge.

Please check the products, quantities, and shipping address before you pay. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged, in Indian Rupees (INR).

After a successful payment you will see the order in your account. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud, if the product is out of stock, if the address cannot be delivered to, or if the price on the site was clearly a mistake. If we cancel a paid order for one of these reasons, we refund the amount paid.

Prices are listed in INR. Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. Pay online through Razorpay using the methods offered at checkout, such as UPI, card, or netbanking.

Payment is handled by Razorpay. We do not store your full card number, UPI PIN, or netbanking password. An order stays unpaid until Razorpay confirms the payment.

We aim to dispatch orders within 24 to 48 hours on business days. Delivery time after dispatch depends on the courier and your location in India. Dates given on the site are estimates, not a guaranteed delivery time.

Risk in the goods passes to you when the courier delivers them to the address on the order. Please give a phone number where the courier can reach you.

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or no one was available to receive it, contact us and we will tell you the options, which may include reshipping at an extra charge.

You can cancel an order from your account while its status is Pending, Confirmed, or Processing.

• Once an order is Shipped, it cannot be cancelled online. Contact us if you need help.
• If the order was paid, we start a refund of the amount paid to the same source you used at checkout (the same UPI, card, or netbanking account).
• If no payment was captured, cancelling closes the order and nothing is charged.
• Refunds typically take 3 to 7 business days after cancellation, depending on your bank or UPI app. Weekends and bank holidays can add time.
• We do not deduct a cancellation fee for an order cancelled before it ships. The net amount returned matches the amount paid.
• A cancelled order cannot be restored from your account.

Cartridges are hygiene products. For safety, a cartridge that has been opened or used cannot be returned or resold.

If something arrives damaged, leaking, or different from what you ordered:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number and clear photographs of the product and the outer packaging.
• We will replace the item or refund the price of the affected item, including a fair share of any shipping you paid, once we confirm the problem.

An unopened cartridge in its original sealed packaging may be considered for return if you contact us within 7 days of delivery. Approval is required before you send anything back. Return shipping for a change of mind is paid by you, unless we sent the wrong item or a damaged item.

The site design, text, logo, and product photographs belong to The Apex Tattoo Supply or to the people who licensed them to us. You may not copy them for your own shop or advertising without our written permission. Product names and brand names belong to their owners.

• Do not misuse the site, try to break into it, or interfere with other customers’ orders.
• Do not place orders with payment details or an identity you are not allowed to use.
• Do not scrape the catalogue in bulk or resell our product images as your own.

We take care to supply genuine products and to describe them accurately. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss arising from how a cartridge is used after delivery.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the laws of India, including liability for fraud or for a right you have as a consumer that the law does not allow us to exclude.

If we are liable for a particular order, that liability is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where the law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction over disputes arising from your use of the shop or from an order, without affecting any right you have to bring a claim in another court where the law requires that.

We may update these terms. The version on this page, with the date at the top, applies to new accounts and new orders. An order already placed stays on the terms that applied when you paid for it, together with the cancellation rules shown in your account.
