This policy explains how The Apex Tattoo Supply (“we”, “us”) handles personal information when you use https://the-apex-tattoo.com, create an account, place an order, or contact us.

We sell professional tattoo cartridges to artists and studios in India. We are the business responsible for the personal information described on this page.

This section describes exactly how The Apex Tattoo Supply accesses, uses, stores, and shares Google user data. It applies only if you choose Continue with Google on our website. You can create an account with your email and a password instead, and you can browse the shop without either.

What Google user data we access. When you sign in with Google, we request only the basic profile information Google provides for sign-in: your name, your email address, your profile photo, and your Google account ID. We do not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Contacts, Calendar, Photos, or any other Google product. We never receive your Google password.

How we use Google user data. We use that name, email address, profile photo, and Google account ID only to create your The Apex Tattoo Supply customer account, recognise you when you return, show your name on your account, and connect orders you place to that account. We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it.

How we store Google user data. We store your name, email address, profile photo URL, and Google account ID in our customer database, together with the phone number you add to finish the account. The database is used to run this website. Passwords for email accounts are stored only as a protected hash. Google sign-in does not create a password on our side.

How we share Google user data. We do not share your Google user data with advertisers or data brokers. We do not allow other apps to read it. The only parties who may process it are the providers who host this website and its database, and only so the account works. If the law requires us to disclose information, we may do so. Razorpay receives payment and order details when you pay. It does not receive your Google account ID or profile photo.

How long we keep it, and how you can delete it. We keep Google user data while your account is open. Email [email protected] and ask us to delete your account. We will delete the name, email address, profile photo, and Google account ID we stored, except for order and invoice records we must keep for tax, accounting, or an open dispute. You can also remove The Apex Tattoo Supply from the apps connected to your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Removing it there stops future sign-in. It does not by itself delete the copy already stored in our database, so please email us if you want that copy deleted.

We collect only what we need to run the shop and your account.

Account details. When you register, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and a password. The password is stored in a protected form. We never store it as plain text.

Google sign-in. If you choose Continue with Google, Google sends us your name, email address, profile photo, and a Google account ID so we can create or open your account. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not post anything to your Google account. We then ask for a phone number if we do not already have one.

Orders and delivery. When you check out we collect the name, phone number, and shipping address on the order, plus the products, quantities, and the amount paid.

Saved details. If you are signed in, we store addresses you save and products you add to your wishlist. Your cart is kept in your browser until you check out or clear it.

Messages. If you use the contact form, call, or email us, we keep the message and the contact details you give us so we can reply.

Technical information. Like most websites, our servers may record your IP address, browser type, and the pages you open. We use this to keep the site working and to understand basic traffic. We do not use it to build advertising profiles.

• Create and sign you in to your account, including with Google.
• Take orders, arrange payment, and deliver cartridges to the address you provide.
• Send order updates and reply to support messages.
• Keep a record of purchases for your account, refunds, and our accounting.
• Prevent fraud, protect the site, and meet legal duties.
• Improve the shop, such as seeing which products customers look for.

Card, UPI, and netbanking payments are processed by Razorpay. When you pay, Razorpay collects the payment details needed to complete the transaction. We receive a payment reference, the amount, and whether the payment succeeded. We do not store your full card number, UPI PIN, or netbanking password on our servers.

Razorpay handles that payment information under its own policy: razorpay.com/privacy.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share it only where it is needed to run the shop:

• Razorpay, to take payment and, if you cancel a paid order, to send a refund to the original payment method.
• Delivery partners, who receive your name, phone number, and shipping address so the order can be delivered.
• Google, when you choose Google sign-in. Google’s own policy applies to that sign-in: policies.google.com/privacy.
• Service providers who host the website or store order records, and only so they can provide that service to us.
• Authorities, if the law requires us to disclose information, or to protect our customers, our rights, or the security of the site.

We keep a sign-in token and your shopping cart in your browser’s local storage so you stay signed in and your cart is still there when you come back. This is stored on your device. Clearing your browser data removes the cart and signs you out.

Google’s sign-in window may set its own cookies while you use Continue with Google. Those cookies are controlled by Google.

We do not use third-party advertising cookies on this site.

We keep account details while your account is open. You can ask us to close the account and delete the profile we hold.

Order, payment, and invoice records are kept for as long as we need them to complete the order, handle a refund or dispute, and meet tax and accounting duties in India.

Support messages are kept long enough to resolve the request and keep a record of what was agreed.

The site is served over HTTPS. Account passwords are hashed before they are stored. Access to order and customer records is limited to what is needed to run the shop. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please use a strong password and keep your email account secure, especially if you sign in with Google.

You can do the following at any time:

• View and update your name, phone, and saved addresses in your account.
• Sign out, which removes the sign-in token from that browser.
• Ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, by emailing [email protected].
• Stop using Google sign-in. You can also remove The Apex Tattoo Supply from the third-party apps connected to your Google account in your Google Account settings.

If a request relates to an order we still have to fulfil, or to records we must keep by law, we will explain what we can delete and what we have to retain.

This shop is for customers who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date at the top. The version on the site is the one that applies. For an important change to how we use account or order information, we will also take reasonable steps to let registered customers know.
